1.  A Study Of Avelumab In Combination With Axitinib In Advanced Renal Cell Cancer
This is a Phase 1b, open-label, multi-center, multiple-dose trial designed to estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and select the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of avelumab (MSB0010718C) in combination with axitinib (AG-013736). Once the MTD of avelumab administered in combination with axitinib is estimated (dose finding portion), the dose expansion phase will be opened to further characterize the combination in term of safety profile, anti tumor activity, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and biomarker modulation.

2.  Study CB-839 in Combination With Nivolumab in Patients With ccRCC and Other Solid Tumors
This study is an open-label Phase 1/ 2 evaluation of CB-839 in combination with nivolumab in patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma, melanoma, and non-small cell lung cancer.

3.  A Dose Escalation, Safety and Activity Study of CDX-014 in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma
This is a study to determine the safety of CDX-014 and effectiveness (how well the drug works).

4.  A Phase I, Open-Label Study of MOXR0916 in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
This is a first-in-human, Phase I, open-label, multicenter, dose-escalation study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of MOXR0916 administered intravenously in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have progressed after all available standard therapy or for which standard therapy has proven to be ineffective or intolerable, or is considered inappropriate. The planned duration of the study is approximately 3 years.
